Right next to sexism, and racism, is the silent step-child-discriminatory practice of ageism.
It's happening in EVERY company in EVERY industry. To think otherwise is along the lines of denying global warming!
So, while my usual posts are a bit more lengthy. This one requires a much more succinct message that I hope resonates and you take heed to.
Simply put. You too will one day be "the older generation". Act according to how you want to be treated when you arrive and speak up so your company does the same.
